We’re in Tallahassee and were unable to manage all the deficiencies that had to be corrected to satisfy the buyer and their lender. We needed a new roof; Amy found us a roofer. We had serious plumbing and electrical issues; Amy got us plumbing and electrical estimates. After we selected the plumber and electrician she coordinated their work. Also, she found someone to handle an estate sale of all the interior furnishings. Amy handled all of this and we didn’t have make one trip from Tallahassee. We can’t say enough about the fantastic job Amy did for us.

I have had the best experience with Amy Gibbs. She is very patient and significantly knowledgeable of the market, laws, contracts.
